Joe Cepeda Institute was founded in 2006 in Monterrey, Mexico, as a Micropigmentation Institute, and has now branched over to North America. Joe Cepeda, CEO of our institute and Claudio Galindo Co- Founder and President on the Institute realized that they wanted to take Micropigmentation in a level of a professional career with the highest standards in education around the world. Our board of directors are recognized for their extensive knowledge in the PMU Industry. Joe Cepeda Institute is now 1 of only 2 PMU accredited by the board of education in Mexico. We have now expanded to include several locations in Mexico (Monterrey and Torreón), Colombia (Manizales), USA (Houston) and Canada (Calgary). Joe Cepeda Institute is also accredited in North America (Canada & U.S.A.) and Latin America.
